The shop is clean and the staff friendly. The food is standard Mc Donalds. There is nothing more to say here.

Food was super fresh and delicious. As usual at the moment, there was a long queue at the drive-in, but it was super brisk.

Good concept and friendly staff. Wait a bit long. And a little more carbon dioxide in the cola would have been good too. Otherwise everything is fine. Just McDonalds.

One of the better McDonald's branches in DE. Super friendly staff, clean shop and the food is always warm. One or the other time I didn't get exactly what I ordered, but it was always fixed quickly or it turned out in my favor and since there is always a lot going on, it can happen.

Today on January 12th, 21 we went to drive. This time we paid with change instead of big money (but also with a note). And the lady at the first window like that, nope you can keep that, I don't count that. The lady was also very rude and rude. So I'm used to a lot from this Mc Donalds, but that was really too much. It seems like the lady just can't count. Your last statement was, I just pack it in and don't count it. Continue driving. What if something was missing ???? Bad service, extremely bad service

McD is McD. With the products you know what you are getting, it is no different here. What annoys me here is that it is really a matter of luck if what you order in the front comes out at the back. Very often something is missing or wrong. My gut stats are over 50% wrong deliveries ... Today I'll write something because I had children crying at home because of the missing chicken nuggets and my burger wasn't the one on the receipt either. The advice to check your order at the counter should be followed exactly, ideally opening every bag, even if the queue behind you reaches back to the street ...

The Corona measures were implemented well. The branch was clean despite that it was well attended and the food came quickly and was fresh

Once again something was missing from the order, you already have the impression that it doesn't happen accidentally ..... so definitely check the order !!! And disinfecting a little more would also be highly recommended ... especially nowadays ...

No order at the checkout possible. Only at the terminal. No distance control of the queues in front of the terminals. Data collection is also not controlled. I'll inform the health department on Monday.

Was today the 20.09. at 5:30 p.m. there. The MC Flurry wasn't even half full. When asked at the MC Drive switch, the statement reads "This is how it should be", even if you ask again.

It's enough, again something was missing from the order of the last WE. I can only advise everyone to unpack their order in the restaurant and check that it is complete. Since this happens quite often, I will contact the MacDonald Complaints Office this time. We will definitely not order again from MacDonald in Bad Segeberg.

The new burger tastes really great fresh and delicious. But not comparable to the Big Mac. Friendly staff, however, the trash can with tray not as often emptied, as it should be done.

I ordered a McSunday and the machine was broken why didn’t the consider having a backup I mean it’s summer. So I ordered slushy sprite and they gave me have Fanta half seven up. Thanks McDonald’s, I usually really like McDonald’s but this was not good.

Got a burger that was cold and dry felt like it have been in the bin for 1hr. But they made a fresh one. But they should naver sell old burgers.
